Spinner Ring Edge Expander

The Guild of Jewellery Designers Spinner Ring Edge Expander, a great tool tool for flaring spinner rings evenly. This new tool creates a perfectly even flared edge by simply putting the band in the device and tightening in a vice to achieve the required amount of flare.

By adjusting the Stainless Steel flare bolt you can achieve equal edges for spinner rings every time.

Extra tools required for optimum performance:

Bench vice

Ring or box spanner

Using the Spinning Ring Edge Expander is easy; assemble your band onto the expander, hold the ‘T’ nut in a bench vice and tighten until you achieve the desired results. Work from both sides of the ring by rotating the ring axially in the expander to ensure an even flare.

The Spinning Ring Edge Expander will work on rings with an inside diameter of 13mm – 28mm and a minimum width of 10mm
